FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURE

Solid ground for safe homes

The reinforced concrete foundations and structures have been calculated and built in strict compliance with regulations currently in force. Specialised and certified laboratories oversee and control the construction site, thereby ensuring compliance with the quality and safety standards in place. Solid foundations to support your home.

FAÇADE

A picture is worth a thousand words

The external enclosures are made of prefabricated elements and continuous mortar coatings that change from one area to the next. The façade will be plastered and painted over brickwork. What’s more, certain zones will have precast concrete cladding.

To optimise thermal efficiency, insulation and cladding is added inside the walls using a dry partitioning system with insulating material. You only get one chance to make a first impression.

EXTERIOR CARPENTRY

Quality windows

Windows and exterior doors are made of PVC or lacquered aluminium, designed with thermal break and thermo-acoustic double glazing to improve energy efficiency and cut down on outside noise. The sashes of these windows and doors may be tilt and turn, hinged or sliding, depending on the types of spaces and openings. What’s more, the living rooms and bedrooms come with aluminium blinds to control the amount of natural light coming in while offering greater privacy. Your home will be flooded with light, as and when you wish.

INDOOR CARPENTRY

Light, safety and comfort

Each home has an armoured front security door, designed to match the rest of the house’s carpentry. The white lacquered interior doors add a fresh and bright vibe to the interior spaces. In the bedrooms, modular wardrobe doors with hinged panels have also been lacquered to match the rest of the carpentry. The inside of the wardrobes, including shelf, luggage rack and rail, will be coated.

This uniform design and colour play their part in creating a coherent and harmonious vibe all over the house.

PARTITIONS AND INTERIOR DIVISIONS

Everything in its place

Each house has insulated dry partition walls. Sound-absorbing bricks are used in the walls separating the different properties, that are covered on both sides with insulated dry partition walls. This technique provides acoustic and thermal insulation alike, improving comfort and privacy in each home. So, nothing will get in the way of your rest.

HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL CLADDING AND CEILINGS

Above and below

Laminate flooring will be laid in the living/dining room, hallway, corridor and bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms will be tiled (laminated flooring will be laid in kitchen-cum-living rooms) and the terraces and balconies will have non-slip tiles. The bathrooms have ceramic wall tiles. The kitchen walls will be painted in a colour to be chosen by the project management team.

The false ceiling will be made of laminated plasterboard and finished with white plastic paint in the main bathroom and removable in the secondary bathroom with an opening for the interior air-conditioning unit. Last but not least, the walls will be finished in a coat of smooth plastic paint.

KITCHENS

A la carte

The kitchen will have wall and base units, with a quartz worktop and sink with mixer tap. It will also have a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and extractor hood for the most demanding cooks.

BATHROOM FIXTURES AND FITTINGS

So everything flows

Sanitary fittings will come in white porcelain, except for the resin shower trays, giving them a clean and modern look. They will have single-lever, chrome-plated taps, equipped with aerators for better control of water flow and pressure. The toilets will be equipped with a dual flush system for greater water efficiency.

PLUMBING AND HEATING

So nothing spoils your rest

The plumbing installation will have water connections for all sanitary fittings and appliances in bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. There will be general shut-off valves in each wet room. Hot water will be generated with an aerothermal system.

ELECTRICITY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

The current follows you

The electrical installation will comply with the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations for a high degree of electrification. There will be a digital video intercom and collective TV/FM aerial, with TV and telephone sockets in the living room, bedrooms and other areas required in accordance with Telecommunications regulations.
